I’m not even from Chicago, I’m from Indiana, but I ran into Gold Coast Flower Shop last-minute to grab a bouquet for a friend, and wow… what an amazing experience! They had the most beautiful selection of roses and other unique blooms I don’t normally see. Within 10 minutes, the florist created the most stunning bouquet for me to take on the go. Even after the drive back to Indiana, the flowers were still fresh and absolutely gorgeous. You all are truly amazing at what you do. Thank you for the excellent service and the beautiful arrangement. Well done!

I hope this review helps anyone looking for an exceptional florist. A few weeks ago, I found myself needing a last-minute bridal bouquet (which I definitely do not recommend doing!), and I reached out to Gold Coast Flowers. Despite being incredibly busy, Julia went above and beyond to help me. Not only did she find time for me in the middle of a packed schedule, but she also created the most beautiful bridal bouquet I could have imagined. Her talent, attention to detail, and dedication to her work truly shine through in every arrangement she creates. What impressed me most was the level of care and customer service I received. Julia didn’t treat me like just another order, she genuinely cared about helping me during a stressful situation and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The bouquet was an absolute masterpiece, and I am so grateful for the time, effort, and kindness she showed me. I cannot recommend Gold Coast Flowers enough. I’m absolutely in love with the Xpression roses from Gold Coast Flowers. They are unique and stunning. Unlike any other flowers. And Gold Coast Flowers has exceptional service. I mistakenly had the flowers delivered to my home instead of my friends and they were able to quickly pivot and deliver elsewhere. I’m so grateful for them.

The best floral company I’ve ever worked with! My beautiful friend moved to Chicago for PA school and I’ve been using Gold Coast Flowers for every milestone and they’ve been consistently raising the bar. The flowers are always so beautiful, the letters are so well written and my friend loved it each time. From birthdays to her white coat ceremony, and now her graduation. They even opened up the shop early today so we could grab flowers earlier since my friends graduation was at 10am. It was honestly such a pleasure to be able to meet the owner in person and to see the space since I’ve been ordering via instagram the last few years. Definitely recommend if you are searching for a floral shop in Chicago!

Absolute favorite flower store in the city! The team here is extremely professional and it just… I usually don’t be reviews, but I feel compelled to because I worked with someone called Apu!! she was so kind basically just asked me for my budget and created something amazing. Highly recommend ask for her when you get there.
